How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We’ll notify you by email once your package is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
No! we only ship to the USA.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send you a replacement or offer a full refund.
